Chicken Lumpia Recipe


1 cup chicken breast (diced)
1 cup carrot (diced)
2 tbsp. celery
1 cup garbanzos (cooked)
2 tbsp. cooking oil
2 tsp. garlic (minced)
2 tbsp. onion (chopped)
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
½ cup water
2 eggwhites of hardboiled egg (chopped)
2 tsp. salt
½ tsp pepper
32 pcs. lumpia wrapper
Cooking oil for deep frying


1. Sauté garlic and onion.

2. Add chicken, carrots, celery and oyster sauce.

3. Add water and cook until tender.

4. Add garbanzos and eggwhites.

5. Season with salt and pepper.

6. Let it simmer for a few minutes.

7. Remove pan from fire and let cool.

8. Put about two tbsp. of cooked filling in two layers of lumpia wrapper.

9. Roll and deep fry until golden brown.
