Good Shepherd’s Business for a Cause

A trip to Baguio is never complete unless you buy your favorite “pasalubong” when you go back home. May it be strawberry jam, peanut brittle, ube or the Baguio-made famous “ukay-ukay.”

One most sought-after favorite food delicacies are the one’s made by the nuns and scholars of the Good Shepherd Convent.

Truly, their recipe for peanut brittle and ube is original and as Sister Guadalupe Bautista, production coordinator of Good Shepherd, says that their food products do not include food extenders, substitutes or food coloring.

Watch the video on Good Shepherd featured on Go Negosyo. It features how they started and how they are helping the less-fortunate ones. You can watch the full video here.

The Good Shepherd Convent is located at Gibraltar Rd., Baguio City near Mines View park.
